Commission Crusher

๐Ÿ† 40 points Epic Progress
Requirement: Complete all 10 story commissions.
Commission Crusher โ€” finish all 10 story commissions. If you're playing the game normally, you'll get this eventually. But there's a smart way and a... let's say, stubborn way to do it. I was stubborn. I did commissions in whatever order I wanted, and I kept hitting walls because I didn't have the right fabrics unlocked yet. Do yourself a favor โ€” do them in order of difficulty, not in the order you think they look fun.

๐Ÿ’ญ How I Got This Achievement

I beat all 10 commissions over about... I want to say a week of casual playing? I'm not sure, I wasn't really keeping track. The hardest one by far was Crowning Glory. That's the final commission, and it's brutal. White and gold only, minimum quality 95, royal + luxury tags required. It's like the game is testing everything you've learned. Here's the thing that made a huge difference: I did Golden Jubilee BEFORE Crowning Glory. Golden Jubilee unlocks Silk Gold, which is pretty much essential for Crowning Glory. I know some people try to do Crowning Glory without Silk Gold, and I respect the ambition... but don't do it to yourself. Trust me. Do Golden Jubilee first.

๐Ÿ“ Step-by-Step Method

  1. Start with the easy commissions (1-2 stars) to learn the game and earn initial cash
  2. First Fitting โ†’ Garden Party Gown โ†’ Summer Breeze โ†’ Vintage Tea Dress โ†’ First round of easy ones done
  3. Move up to medium difficulty (3 stars): First Fitting was the tutorial, so the real medium ones start at Masquerade Ball level
  4. Upgrade your shop regularly โ€” new fabrics make harder commissions much easier
  5. Do Golden Jubilee BEFORE Crowning Glory. Silk Gold is basically required for the final commission.
  6. Take on the 5-star commissions last: Royal Wedding, Midnight Gala, Crowning Glory
  7. Use the fabric calculator for each new commission to save time experimenting

๐Ÿ˜… What I Did Wrong (So You Don't Have To)

  • I tried to tackle hard commissions early because I thought the rewards would be worth it. They weren't โ€” I just kept failing and wasting money.
  • I skipped upgrading my shop to save money. False economy. New fabrics pay for themselves very quickly.
  • I didn't use any guides (obviously, since I'm writing one now) and spent hours experimenting with fabric combos that never worked.
  • I tried to get 5 stars on every commission on the first try. It's okay to get 3-4 stars on your first playthrough! You can always redo them later.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tips

  • Golden Jubilee before Crowning Glory. I said it already but it bears repeating.
  • Don't feel like you have to 5-star everything on the first try. Get through all 10 first, then go back for perfect scores.
  • Save before every major commission. If you mess up, just reload โ€” no shame.
  • Each commission teaches you something new about the game. Pay attention and the later ones get easier.

๐ŸŽฏ My Honest Opinion

Difficulty: โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜†โ˜† (medium) It's not that any individual commission is impossibly hard โ€” it's more about the time investment and knowing the right order to do them in. If you just play the game, you'll get there eventually.
