Legendary Tailor — the big one. The final achievement. The one that says "I beat this game completely."
Let me be real with you: this is hard. Not "I can't figure it out" hard, but "this is going to take a while and a lot of patience" hard. You need 5 stars on every single story commission AND every other achievement in the game.
I spent way longer on this than I'd like to admit. But I got there, and so can you.
💭 How I Got This Achievement
Oh man, where to even start. I got Legendary Tailor after what felt like forever, but was probably about 20-25 hours of focused play.
The hardest commission for me was Crowning Glory, by far. White and gold only, 95 minimum quality, royal + luxury tags. It's brutal. I must have tried it 10 times before I finally got 5 stars.
But here's the thing: once you get 5 stars on all the individual commissions, the rest of the achievements should already be mostly done. You'll have collected all fabrics, reached Master rank, gotten perfect scores, etc.
The last achievement I needed was actually Fabric Collector — I was missing Silk Gold until very late because I avoided Golden Jubilee (ironic, since it's the one that unlocks Silk Gold).
When the achievement finally popped, I just sat there for a minute. I'd been working toward it for so long, it felt weird to actually have it.
📝 Step-by-Step Method
- First, focus on getting good at the game. You can't 5-star everything if you don't understand the mechanics.
- Play through all 10 story commissions once without worrying about scores — just learn each one
- Use the fabric calculator to find optimal combos for each commission — no shame in using tools!
- Go back and 5-star each commission, starting from the easiest and working your way up
- Easy ones first: Garden Party, Summer Breeze, Vintage Tea Dress — build your confidence
- Medium next: Masquerade Ball, First Fitting (if you haven't already), etc.
- Hard last: Midnight Gala, Royal Wedding, Crowning Glory — these will take multiple tries
- Along the way, you'll naturally get most other achievements (First Stitch, Perfect Fit, Thread Master, etc.)
- Make sure you collect all fabrics (finish Golden Jubilee for Silk Gold!)
- Reach Master Tailor rank (grind easy commissions with 5-star ratings for 50% XP bonus)
- Once you have everything else and all commissions at 5 stars, the achievement is yours!
😅 What I Did Wrong (So You Don't Have To)
- I tried to 5-star the hardest commissions first. Big mistake. Start easy and build up skill and confidence.
- I was stubborn about using guides. I spent hours experimenting when I could have just looked up the optimal combo.
- I skipped Golden Jubilee because I was intimidated, which meant I didn't have Silk Gold for Crowning Glory. Don't be me.
- I tried to do too much in one sitting. 5-star grinding is mentally exhausting. Take breaks.
- I got frustrated when I kept failing Crowning Glory and took a break from the game for a few days. Totally normal — just come back to it.
💡 Pro Tips
- Use the calculator. Seriously. It saves so much time.
- Golden Jubilee before Crowning Glory. I've said this 50 times and I'll say it 50 more times.
- Save before every commission attempt. If you mess up, just reload.
- Don't burn out. It's not a race. Do one or two 5-star attempts per session, then do something else.
- Celebrate small wins. Each 5-star commission is an achievement in itself.
- Remember: this is supposed to be fun. If you're not having fun, take a break.
🎯 My Honest Opinion
Difficulty: ★★★★★ (very hard)
This is the hardest achievement in the game, no question. It requires mastery of every mechanic, patience for grinding, and the willingness to fail repeatedly. But when you finally get it? Best feeling in the game.
